Valuables worth Rupees 2.5 lakh looted in Nashik

Unidentified people have stolen gold and silver jewellery, a mobile phone and a wrist watch totalling Rupees 2.5 lakh from a flat in Eklarahe area of the city.
The miscreants broke into the flat of Ravi Venkat Swami, a Junior Fire Brigade officer, and decamped with the valuables yesterday when he and his family was away, police said today.
